An exploratory workshop, applying Ikebana fundamental principles into a modern arrangement
Book your spot Explore the influence of Ikebana practice on modern floral design. The workshop is led by Liza Langen and taught in our Slow Practice Room on Nackagatan 5.
What to expect
- Learn basics about the history of Ikebana and it's main principles
- Explore how Ikebana's fundamental techniques can be applied in modern floral design
- You will create your own arrangement guided by Ikebana philosophy with a modern influence
- Only seasonal flowers, carefully selected for you
- All required tools will be provided
- We will help to carefully wrap your flowers to take home
- A creative and meditative moment: you will leave more centered and inspired
- The workshop is taught in English

- Special treats (a coffee and dessert) from Balue
- Pictures are for reference only - the final color theme and floral recipe is always revealed on the day of the workshop
