We make everything possible so your shopping at Liza Langen Flowers is as easy and safe. We try to explain and picture all items very detailed, to make sure you don't regret your purchase. Please find below our specific terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

Liza Langen Flowers's web shop payments are made via Stripe.

PURCHASE

Once we have received your order, we will process it by sending you a confirmation e-mail. If you would like to change something or compliment your order, feel free to contact us at hello@lizalangen.com

Liza Langen Flowers web shop reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies on the web page and/or concerning already sold items.

Please be advised that VAT is included in all our web shop prices.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

• We deliver paid orders from Monday till Saturday in Stockholm city and close areas (Söderort/Västerort).
• Items are delivered same day if the order was placed before 12:00
• Orders are usually delivered to offices between 08:00-12:00 and private residences between 15:00-20:00
• Delivery fee is 140 kr for Stockholm and 220 kr for outer city.
• Paid orders can be collected from our store on Nackagatan 5 from Wednesday till Saturday during opening hours.

SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Liza Langen Flowers's web shop uses Stripe as it's payment system, where all purchase communication occurs via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorized parties cannot see the data exchanged. All personal information, which you provide via purchase from our web shop, is treated as confidential.
