What is kokebana?
Rooted in a Japanese tradition of expressive, naturalistic arranging, kokebana invites you to slow down and compose with what the season offers. Moss, foraged stems, stones, and blooms come together not through strict rules, but through intuition and careful looking.

What to expect
  • An introduction to kokebana: its origins, philosophy, and how it differs from more structured arranging traditions
  • Hands-on guidance from Liza through the entire process: from selecting your seasonal materials to building and shaping your own composition
  • An exploration of vessel and material: how unexpected objects become part of the arrangement
  • A meditative pace — this is a workshop for slowing down and being present

Klättermusens Verkstad is a space in Södermalm where creativity, workshops and art are in focus. This is a place where community regularly gathers an inspiring context. Be it a market, a wood carving workshop, film screenings or live music - craft, vintage, culture and community are central parts this space.
